Hi, All!

Version 0.8 of Delivery Pilot: Dreams and Debts is released! See the main page to play it online or to download a PC copy.

Change Notes:

  1. Artwork – Added 3rd and final doll art view, focused on her legs. 
  2. Artwork – Added 4 new silhouettes for new scenes. 
  3. Scenes – Added 9 new scenes for the sleazy male officers. These are a range of scenes that are unlocked from relationship levels 2 through 8, culminating in sexual intercourse. Relationship level 10 does not unlock new scenes, but it does add variations to the scenes being added.
  4. Mechanics – You can now only have a relationship level 10 with one officer. After that is agreed upon, all other officers are capped to relationship level 9. 
  5. Minor UI and balance adjustments.

My Thoughts:

The writing for this release was an interesting challenge. I've never really written erotica before, so I found it a bit awkward. But hopefully, it will become more natural over time and practice.

What's Next:

I think I will take a break over the next month. I'm not abandoning this project, but there is another project idea that has been gnawing at me, and I want to give that a bit of elbow grease for a while. If it goes well, I'll make a separate project page for that and post my progress and pics, there.

But on February, I plan to return to Delivery Pilot. Then, I'll spend the following two months on writing and adding scenes for the sleazy female officers. Their main focus will be around becoming "slut sisters", where the main character and the officer gradually do sexy stuff together in public. I think some of the scenes for this arc will be for the evening, instead of in the office. That might be interesting.

I tested the new version, but so far I only reached level 4 with a sleazy male officer. I liked the writing so far. However, the morale penalty was really hard, I wonder if it still works when all personalities have scenes up up level 10. And I'm not sure whether it pays out to have relationships above level 5 (depends on the morale penalty for level 6 + 8 scenes), or if you better stay on level 5 to gain less money but avoid the morale loss. Level 4 is a must-have because of the VIP missions.

I like the idea of having some of the sleazy female scenes in the evening. It makes it more unique how you have to handle each personality. I think morale loss should be less than in the office scenes, because there is no way to avoid evening scenes. In the current versions, I have the feeling that stern female is slightly harder to handle than stern male because of the evening scenes, but the lesser morale cost for missions compensates for this.
